Our Story
Hello!
Hi, we’re Liam and Maddy Kehoe, founders of Happily. As teachers, we’ve spent years supporting children and adults with wellbeing, confidence and emotional growth, and we’ve seen how the right guidance and habits can create real change.
Through leadership and coaching, we’ve learned how mindset, communication and daily habits directly influence confidence, performance and overall wellbeing.
Life has challenged us in many ways from major life changes to periods of personal and family difficulty. These experiences taught us resilience, perspective and the importance of small, consistent actions.
We approach life differently. One of us tends to overthink; the other takes things as they come. Through honest conversations about mindset, routine, energy and daily habits, we realised how powerful it can be to combine different perspectives.
That idea became Happily — a space that recognises happiness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everything we share is grounded in education, leadership experience, compassion and lived experience, with one simple aim: to spread positivity and help you build a happier, more balanced life, one step at a time
Our Vision
To inspire and empower individuals and organisations to embrace positivity, wellness, and personal growth through daily motivation, courses, and corporate wellness programs.
